Foundation Fieldbus device_Testing for complete voltage range

Hi,
In order to test H1 Device for complete voltage range.
I need a fieldbus power conditioner to generate fieldbus voltage of 9V to 32V.
It will be great for me. If some of member suggest a part which supports the entire voltage range.

The ideal power conditioner is a 5 mH inductor with a 50 Ohm resistor in series. This can be powered by any ordianry DC power supply. The equivalent of two terminators, 50 Ohms in series with 2 uF capacitor in series, should be used on the device side of the circuit.
