where do i get DDL binary encoding specification

The Device Description specification (FF-900) and DD Interoperability Guide (FF-901) are available with the FF-007 Technical Specifications (http://www.fieldbus.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=144&Itemid=319).

How do i interpret FF DD's available in binary format(*.ffo)
