can anyone tell me the main benefits and differences between console station and flex ?

I am not familiar with those terms. Are they Honeywell specific?

A Flex station is dependent on an Experion Server for all its data, and a Flex station is cheaper (license cost).
A Consol Station has a direct link to a controller or FIM, it is not dependent on an Experion Server to view data from a controller or FIM.
