Does anyone have a document that defines control philosophies for a project?

Items like:

Typical control strategies (what blocks are used).

Parameter configuration specific to function blocks used in a control strategy.

Shedding when and to what.

Alarms and alert levels.

Operator display or maintenance display.

Etc…
