Converter for pulse signals to Foundation Fieldbus

Hello everybody!

I need to measure a square pulse signal TTL 5 Vdc within the frequency of 10 to 200Hz.
Is there a converter on the market available, which detects the frequency and counts of that signal, and is connectable to foundation fieldbus?
The converter should be powered over the bus, not external.
