How can I determine the correct revision of capabilities file. Example is the EJA Transmitter of yokogawa. This are the details of the device:

EJA
device type = 3
dd revision = 1
device revision = 1

I have 2 choices of capabities file:
-010102.cff
-020103.cff

What is the correct capabilties file of my device?
What is the meaning of this number on the file?

Thanks

Dear Labingtone,

The first 2 char in the filename means
- the device rev.,
- middle 2 the DD rev. and
- last 2 means the cff rev.

The device type "0003" showes the type EJA which should be in the "0003" subdirectory under Yokogawa subdirectory (hexa code). However you can read from device the device revision (01 or 02 in your case) as well as DD revision.

So, at first you should read out the device and DD rev from your device.

Hopefully this helps you to step forward,

Dear Labingtone,

Sorry, you already read the device and DD revision therefore the 010102.cff is the right one.

All the best,
