GE-FANUC and FF

Does anyone have exprience in connecting FF instruments to a GE-FANUC plc ?

Well I poked around http://www.gefanuc.com, and the only reference I could find to fieldbus was some IO that supported WorldFIP. This was an ancestor of FF and perhaps is one of the legs of the many-headed IEC fieldbus standard. It is not FF.

If they are doing FF it must be very new.

There are devices that host a number of FF segments, and connect back to a "foreign" or legacy DCS / PLC (that does not support FF natively) via modbus.
