Simulate AI block

Recently, in my project i got Fieldbus rosemount 3051 and 3051s model. During pre-commissioning, i already plan to conduct loop check by simulating the AI block value by enabling the simulate jumper at the transmitter. So, i need help and advice is it possible to do this simulation by hook-up the transmitter with the communicator 375/475. is there any restriction to do this simulation?

Hope someone from rosemount expert can give advise.:)

Don't have one on my desk, but there is a physical jumper or dip switch that must be set in order to enable simulation.

Another suggestion could be to use "MAN" mode of AI block. No jumper needed.
